Dr. Anjori Dunbar
Dr. Anjori Dunbar is a non-invasive cardiologist specializing in cardiometabolic prevention. She is board certified in cardiovascular disease, echocardiography, clinical lipidology, and obesity medicine, with a clinical focus on preventing heart disease through comprehensive risk reduction and evidence-based care.
Dr. Dunbar earned her medical degree from Stony Brook University School of Medicine. She completed her internal medicine residency at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center, followed by a cardiovascular disease fellowship at Tufts Medical Center. She then pursued advanced fellowship training in echocardiography at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center.
Most recently, she served as Director of the Lipid Clinic at UTHealth Houston, where she led programs focused on advanced lipid management and preventive cardiovascular care.
Dr. Dunbar lives in Houston with her husband and two children.
