Dr. David German

Dr. German is a cardiologist and cardiac imaging specialist, board-certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Medicine, Echocardiography, Nuclear Cardiology, and Cardiovascular Computed Tomography (CT).

He completed his medical education and earned a Master’s degree in public health at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana before transitioning to Portland, Oregon, where he completed his residency and fellowship training programs and where he is now on faculty at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU). He teaches medical students, residents, and fellows and has academic interests in cardiac imaging, including cardiac computed tomography (CT) imaging, and in treating patients with pericardial disease.

Dr. German spends nearly all of his free time with his wife and children and loves to travel, hike, and ski whenever he is able.
